Entire Federal Courthouse Recuses after Public Corruption Lawsuit by Florida Governor Candidate

After a lawsuit was filed in the Middle District of Florida alleging public corruption by multiple judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers and county officials, every single judge in the Middle District of Florida’s Orlando Division recused themselves in what is now the first Mass Recusal of a federal courthouse in Florida. The lawsuit, filed by Moe Dimanche, implicates Obama-appointee Carlos Mendoza in a coverup. Mendoza directed his court reporter Suzanne Trimble to falsify transcripts from a hearing where evidence was presented about Lowndes attorney Julia Frey killing her elderly client and embezzling a multi-million dollar estate before paying prosecutor Richard Wallsh a bribe to prosecute Dimanche so that she could prevail in a property dispute and continue to rake in millions from the estate of Qurentia P. Throm.

The recused judges include Obama, Biden and Trump appointees. The first judge to recuse from the case was Carlos Mendoza himself.

Mendoza was nominated to the bench by Barack Obama. On June 24, 2014, his nomination was confirmed by a 94–0 vote.

The second judge to recuse was Paul Byron, another Obama appointee. On Tuesday June 24, 2014, his nomination was confirmed by a 94–0 vote.

The next judge to recuse was Julie Sneed, nominated to the bench by Joe Biden. On February 28, 2024 her nomination was confirmed by a 54–44 vote.

The next judge to recuse was Anne Moe, nominated to the bench by Donald Trump. On July 17, 2025 her nomination was confirmed by a 53–46 vote.

The corruption runs very deep in Florida, and after no judge could preside over the case, Chief Judge Marcia Morales-Howard transferred the case from Orlando to Fort Myers, and it was assigned to judge John E. Steele, who died suddenly on July 14, 2026, at the age of 77. The case has since been reassigned to judge Kyle C. Dudek.

Initially, the United States Department of Justice refused to accept the lawsuit on behalf of Mendoza and defendants employed at the Orlando federal courthouse, but Acting AG Todd Blanche and Gregory Kehoe have signed on to defend against the public corruption allegations, arguing in court documents that their corrupt acts are immune from suit.

Dimanche is the founder of the No MOE Corruption campaign, aiming to eradicate corruption from state and federal government and is an NPA candidate for Governor of the State of Florida this year.

  1. There is no credible public evidence that Judges Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe, Julie S. Sneed, Carlos E. Mendoza, or “Paul Byron” (likely referring to U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul G. Byron) were formally recused in the manner suggested by Moe Dimanche’s claims. Why spread more lies and falsehoods when Trump is already doing this every day?

    1. If you click judge Moe’s name, you can read her order. Easy, quick, simple and public.

  2. Dead in the water, but truly a welcome campaign indeed !

    1. Well, if it’s truly welcome, let’s put our hearts into it! No room for pessimism at all..
