Dimanche v. Pinder-Rodriguez: Public Corruption in America

It’s hard to believe that Americans still live under the thumb of tyranny and corruption today. What is even harder to believe is that standing up to it begets more tyranny and corruption. It could cost you your reputation, your property, your dignity, and in some cases, even your life. The corrupt elites despise Moe, and the feelings are mutual.

Moe has stood up to it, time and time again, and has decided to file Dimanche v. Pinder-Rodriguez (6:25-cv-02255-CEM-LHP), a lawsuit that confirms our worst fears: the government is corrupt beyond repair.

With this lawsuit, Americans can see for themselves how real the image above really is. In the State of Florida, corruption has no ceiling.

Rigged elections? Check.

Weaponization of law enforcement? Check.

Fake prosecutors? Check.

Crooked lawyers? Check.

Crooked judges? Check.

Scam foreclosures? Check.

Bribes? Check.

Wire fraud? Check.

Judges falsifying documents? Check.

Judge Carlos Mendoza, whose act of falsifying transcripts is at the center of Dimanche v. Pinder-Rodriguez.

America has seen its share of judges being indicted, but not since the days of Operation Greylord has the public seen corruption on this scale. Moe has seen and endured it all, and is now seeking accountability, starting with the dissolution of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. While Moe is fighting public corruption for you as a civilian, the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section (PIN) have already read every word.

Moe has asserted that the Ninth Judicial Circuit is a RICO enterprise, wherein falsified documents, kidnapping, bribery and extortion have served as a means for unjust enrichment for members of the enterprise, including lawyers, judges, and high ranking government officials. Moe is demanding that it be dissolved.

The bottom line has always been money and property. The easiest targets have always been the poor, the vulnerable and the elderly.

Elderly widows living alone?

Elderly veterans forced onto the streets?

Poor people trying to protect their homes?

Foreclosure victims entitled to surplus proceeds after their homes have been taken?

These are the typical victims of the Ninth Judicial Circuit enterprise and the system is very sophisticated. Lawyers from all across the State of Florida maraud the Ninth Judicial Circuit when opportunities arise to prey on people. Unfortunately for this enterprise, they chose a victim who will fight them back: Moe Dimanche.

Moe will make sure that these predators never have an opportunity to ruin your life because in 2026, Florida will get a new Governor who will dissolve this enterprise by Executive Order on the same day Moe is sworn in as Governor of the State of Florida.

Dimanche v. Pinder-Rodriguez exposes it all from top to bottom, including how the enterprise received assistance from judges like Carlos Mendoza in the Middle District federal court to falsify documents and coverup its racketeering activity.

How it started vs. How it ended for lying cop

Police officers have an upper hand over all of us when it comes to reputational harm. They get to frame the initial narrative while we have to go through hell and high-water to clear the air. Moe learned that the constituents of Carver Shores, Orlando have a policy they came up with as a community: Comply Now, Sue Later.

Moe took his lessons from these constituents quite literally after former Orlando police officer Rabih Tabbara abused his position of trust and processed a false report against Moe. Moe complied in the moment, sued in the aftermath, and deposed this cop in a devastating deposition that contributed to a safer community with him no longer on our streets.

The People of Carver Shores got it right, but the time has come where Americans should never have to comply with unlawful policing. A lot of stress and time goes into protecting one’s reputation and the courts, while already corrupt, take a long time to produce justice. Deposing Tabbara was just one of the first steps towards Moe taking down a RICO enterprise, but as Governor, it will all be eradicated by Executive Order. Florida needs a Governor who understands what it is like to have your most basic human rights stripped away. Moe is that candidate, and Dimanche v. Pinder-Rodriguez will be the blueprint for taking down public corruption within the first week of Moe taking office. Click the image below to read the full lawsuit.
