#NixTheSix is central to Moe’s campaign for Governor of the State of Florida. The 6th DCA is the epitome of too much government, and it was established without the consent of the People. It is abhorrently corrupt, and it will be dissolved on Day 1 of Moe taking office.

The 6th DCA is an unConstitutional establishment. When joint resolutions in the legislature are proposed, they are expected to go to the voters of the State of Florida for approval and procure at least 60% of the vote. This did not happen with the 6th DCA. The joint resolution was proposed and Ron DeSantis just signed an entire new court into law without the approval or consent of the People. For this reason alone, the 6 must be dissolved.
What is worse, is that when the 6th DCA was invented in the minds of the Florida Supreme Court Justices, they claimed that a new District Court was needed to balance out the absence of judges from Jacksonville. But once DeSantis signed the new court into law, he flooded the bench with judges from Orlando. This means that that court was created under fraudulent pretenses and the People of the State of Florida were duped into imposing more government on themselves that was not needed, or established for the purpose that the justices lied about. Moe is going to #NixTheSix and ensure that any time an elitist wants to impose more government on the People of the State of Florida, they will put it on a ballot so that the People can tell them “No” in an election.
CORRUPTION IN THE 6
This order from the 6 may not look like much, but with one word, “AFFIRMED”, the 6 essentially legalized elder abuse and attorneys writing themselves into the estate planning documents of their elderly clients.

The order that was “AFFIRMED” was an order that judge Emerson R. Thompson allowed an attorney representing Julia Frey to write. This essentially means that the 6th DCA “AFFIRMED” an order written by someone who was not even a judge, attorney James Walson, from Frey’s law firm, Lowndes.
For this reason alone, Moe will dissolve the 6th District Court of Appeals. This one-word order endangered the lives of every single elderly person in the State of Florida
