Welcome to MOE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a streaming application available on Roku devices (“App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, which provides video content, including documentaries and other media, through a user-friendly interface with carousels, buttons, and playback controls. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental consent, and you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically, and we will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website nomoecorruption.com. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
2. Description of the App
The App allows you to stream video content, such as documentaries (e.g., “American Convict: Liberty”), accessible via HLS streams hosted on Amazon Web Services. Features include:
- Navigating content through Vox Pro Se and Titles carousels.
- Viewing content with adaptive bitrate streaming for optimal playback.
- Accessing a sleep screen with rotating artwork after playback completion.
The App does not require user accounts or login credentials. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change.
3. Eligibility and Access
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. If under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
- Access: You need a compatible Roku device, internet connection, and a linked Roku account to use the App. You are responsible for all costs associated with your device, internet service, and Roku account.
4. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Roku device, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or its source code.
- Use the App for commercial purposes, such as public exhibitions or resale of access.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, access restricted content, or interfere with the App’s operation.
- Transfer or sublicense your license to others.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content in the App, including videos, images, text, and UI elements, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Content License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use within the App. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.
- User Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute streamed content.
- Use content in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Access content outside your licensed region.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited actions include:
- Using the App to engage in illegal activities, such as piracy or unauthorized streaming.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the App or its servers.
- Impersonating others or providing false information in support inquiries.
- Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the App.
- Interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the App.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services, including:

- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosts streaming content. See AWS’s Terms at aws.amazon.com/service-terms.
- Analytics Providers: We may use tools like Google Analytics to monitor usage. See their terms for details.
These services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance or policies.
8. No Monetization or Payments
- The App is currently offered free of charge with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
- If we introduce monetization (e.g., ads, premium content), we will update these Terms and notify you. Ads may be served by third-party providers, subject to their terms.
- You are responsible for any internet or data charges incurred while using the App.
9. Availability and Modifications
- Availability: We strive to keep the App and its content available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Streams may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, or content licensing changes.
- Modifications: We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or its features at our discretion without prior notice. Content may be added or removed based on licensing agreements.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation (e.g., no buffering freezes).
- Accuracy or completeness of content (e.g., video titles, descriptions).
We are not liable for:
- Stream failures.
- Device compatibility issues (e.g., low-end Roku models).
- Third-party service interruptions (e.g., AWS, Roku).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Content accuracy or availability.
- Third-party actions (e.g., Roku, AWS).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount you paid to use the App (if applicable), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOE and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the App or its content.
- Your infringement of third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms (e.g., unauthorized content redistribution).
- Engage in activities that harm the App or other users.
- Fail to comply with applicable laws.
Upon termination, your license to use the App and content ceases, and you must uninstall the App. Sections 5, 10–14, and 16 survive termination.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration as applicable by law, conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
- Exceptions: Claims for injunctive relief or intellectual property disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website nomoecorruption.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.

17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOE regarding the App, superseding any prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., network outages, natural disasters).
