- Temporarily stored for submission purposes only; not used for any other purpose.

- Tap-to-Pay Donations: Location data (geolocation coordinates) at the time of donation.
- How It’s Collected:
- Donor details are collected via user input in the donation form.
- Location data is collected via device GPS for Tap-to-Pay donations, only with user consent.
- Payment information (e.g., credit card details) is not collected by MoeGPT; it is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

- To comply with Florida Division of Elections campaign finance reporting requirements.
- To confirm donation transactions and provide receipts to donors.

How It’s Collected: The App links to state voter registration websites; no voter registration data is collected or stored by MoeGPT, and your voter registration information remains exclusively between yourself and your respective Secretary of State.

We will delete all volunteer data, sign-in credentials, and analytics data associated with your account within 30 days, except for Community Chat comments you have not deleted or data required by law (e.g., donor information for campaign finance reporting). Uninstalling the App removes local data but may not delete server-side data; a deletion request is required for full removal.
- Revoking Consent: You can revoke consent for specific data collection at any time:
- Location Data: Disable location services in the App or device settings.
- Analytics Data: Opt out of analytics collection via the App’s settings menu under “Privacy Preferences.”
- Community Chat: Delete your comments directly in the App.
