Ricky Dixon should have never gotten the appointment of Secretary of the Department of Corrections in the first place. After a child abuse scandal, Dixon should have been disqualified from consideration altogether. Somehow, DeSanctimonious found Ricky Dixon to be the man for the job anyway.
Dixon will IMMEDIATELY be removed from office. When Ron DeSanctimonious appointed Dixon as the Secretary of the Department of Corrections, many in the prison reform community in Florida were disheartened. The FDOC has been embroiled in scandal after scandal, from the beating of Otis Miller, to the paralysis, and ultimate death of Cheryl Weimar, people with loved ones behind bars were hoping for some type of human rights reform. But with the appointment of Dixon, things only got worse.
First of all, after multiple children, ages 5-17, were assaulted with 50,000-volt stun guns, suffering burn marks and disorientation, Dixon was demoted from warden to assistant warden. In Moe’s view, he should have been arrested. The children were bribed with hamburgers and hot dogs, and there were approximately 40 child victims in total, as the abuse encompassed multiple institutions, including Martin CI, Indian River CI and Franklin CI.
If there were 40 victims in just 3 facilities, the true number could be in the thousands. Moe believes there is a correlation between this type of sadistic behavior and the way that the inmates are treated, and the sadists must be rooted out and whatever ring they have abusing children must be dismantled.
There has also been extreme efforts to cover up inmate murders. In 2019, after Moe began exposing the murders on his podcast by using published reports from the Office of the Inspector General, they stopped publishing reports on how the OIG determined the manners of death. All of these reports will be released to the public, unredacted on Day 1 of Moe’s Administration.
Ricky Dixon is getting fired, and that child abuse ring will be exposed and dismantled, with full transparency for all Floridians to see.
