MOE DIMANCHE

Florida judges are corrupt to the core and their corruption is a cancer on our society as Floridians. Lawfare is real and these judges do immense harm to the public trust that allows our systems to function properly when We The People consent to be governed. There is no consent to the corrupt, but they have pervaded and destroyed the system that was once trusted by the People. Moe Dimanche has taken corruption head-on and it is everywhere. It’s in our courts, our elections, law enforcement, and “public service” has been reduced to “self-service at the public’s expense.” Below are some of the individuals Moe will remove from office based on the corruption that he is aware of.

ALICIA L. LATIMORE

Judge Photoshop, AKA Alicia L. Latimore, is one of the most corrupt judges in the State of Florida, and on day 1 of Moe taking office as Governor of the State of Florida, she will be suspended from office and prosecuted. Latimore has falsified documents inside the Orange County courthouse for more than 15 years. In 2008, she placed a Notice of Expiration of Speedy Trial Time on a scanner, covered up the bottom premises before ruling on the Notice. She did this to sustain the imprisonment of an innocent man, Moe Dimanche. In addition to this, when she sent Moe to prison for the crime of grand theft, she sent falsified Commitment Papers to the Florida Department of Corrections and tricked them into holding Moe for years for a crime he was never charged with nor convicted of. Moe didn’t learn about the fake Commitment Papers until he was released from prison and the Papers were handed to him in a sealed envelope. He had been held illegally for nearly a decade. Moe threatened to sue Latimore for her crimes, and in 2020, she falsified the Notice of Expiration of Speedy Trial Time to make it look like she never falsified it in 2008. She was sued in federal court for her crimes, and her sorority sister, district judge Julie S. Sneed, terminated Latimore as a defendant. That order from Sneed, a Biden appointee, is currently pending in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

There’s no telling how many innocent people she did this to, but all of her cases will be audited as soon as Moe takes office in 2027. She’s a sneaky one, and managed to become a prospect for the Florida Supreme Court under the Rick Scott administration. Desktop is recommended for this video.

A. JAMES CRANER

Craner rigged an election. In 2023, the City of Orlando held its general election for mayor and Moe was a candidate. The incumbent, John “Buddy” Dyer, fearful of the momentum Moe’s campaign was gaining, sent killer cop David Alban to stop Moe from collecting the signature petitions he needed to get onto the ballot, in true Gestapo fashion. Dyer’s city clerk, Stephanie Herdocia, then illegally tried to charge Moe a qualifying fee for state officials in a municipal election in order for him to get his name on the ballot. Dyer had successfully rigged the election and stolen it from the People by excluding their choice for mayor. Moe sued and under Florida Statute 104.43 allowed Moe to ask a grand jury to review the action of Herdocia and Alban and return indictments where violations of the Florida Election Code were found.

A. James Craner, a Rick Scott appointee, blocked the grand jury investigation, blocked Alban and Herdocia from testifying, forced a bench trial where he was the jury himself, and covered up how Buddy Dyer stole the 2023 election. The law demands free and fair elections, and that a grand jury assist in maintaining the integrity of our elections, and Craner obstructed justice to help keep Dyer in power. He will be suspended from office and prosecuted as soon as Moe takes office as Governor of the State of Florida.

MARK BLECHMAN

Mark Blechman believes he is above the law. You may recall when Blechman sentenced Kayla De Pena to 179 days in jail for lying to get out of jury duty. She lied because she wanted to go back to work and not lose her job. While she deserved some form of punishment, it was rather harsh, and it came from a judge who withheld his own conflict of interest in a criminal case he rigged for his friend Julie Frey. For 186 days, Blechman presided over a case involving Frey without revealing the extent of his relationship to Frey nor his wife’s personal friendship with Frey. By his own logic, he should have spent more time in jail than he gave to De Pena. 

JEFF ASHTON

Jeff Ashton will no longer be a judge when Moe takes office as Governor after losing his re-election bid, but Ashton will be prosecuted. Moe believes that the child molestation allegations involving Ashton were covered up by the Winter Park Police Department and state attorney Brian Haas. Moe has serious concerns about the narrative that the accuser changed her story after learning that the victim was a non-verbal autistic child.

If the police and the state attorneys office will not give the non-verbal a voice, Moe will. That investigation is going to be reopened and all of the facts will be made known to the public.

Moe has concerns about whether or not actions taken by Jeff Ashton from the bench constitute crimes. His entire tenure as judge will be audited to determine if he committed any crimes from the bench.

TARLIKA NUNEZ-NAVARRO

Tarlika Nunez-Navarro, a DeSantis appointee, abruptly resigned from the judiciary around the time that a Judicial Qualifications Commission complaint was filed against her for destroying evidence and continuing a conspiracy orchestrated by Mark Blechman to rig litigation for Julie Frey. At the same time, the Florida Supreme Court received a petition demonstrating how Navarro was allowing a fake prosecutor, Andrew W. Edwards, to secure convictions in her courtroom without actually being a prosecutor.

At the time of her resignation she was a prospect for a seat on the Florida Supreme Court. While Navarro is no longer a judge, she will be prosecuted for the facts laid out in the JQC complaint. In addition to deleting evidence from social media, Navarro was sued in a Civil Rights lawsuit for attempting to orchestrate a kidnapping after facilitating a bribe for prosecutor Richard Wallsh. After resigning, she took up a post at the Benjamin Crump School of Law, a school which will see its doors closed on day 1 of a Moe Dimanche administration.

LUIS F. CALDERON

Arguably the biggest threat to public safety amongst all of the most corrupt judges (and another one of Benjamin Crump’s friends), Calderon will most certainly be prosecuted for turning the court into a criminal enterprise. Imagine going through a divorce, and you receive an adverse ruling from a traffic court judge that hurts your case. Or imagine trying to prove your innocence in a criminal case and a probate judge revokes your bond. Or, imagine litigating a child custody battle and a post-conviction judge rules against you. This is how Calderon operates, and this is a clear and present danger to the public right now. Calderon, not ever missing a chance to be seen, issued a warrant for Moe’s arrest as Moe contended a case in the Circuit Criminal division. Calderon was assigned to only hearing Post-Conviction cases, but he heard that a friend of his needed to have Moe put in jail because their case was falling apart. Calderon swapped his Post-Conviction jurisdiction hat for one that made him a Circuit Criminal judge and issued a warrant by falsely alleging that Moe missed a court date that didn’t exist.

It gets worse. Calderon has nullified Section 22 of the Florida Constitution. Under the Florida Constitution, every person is guaranteed the right to a trial by jury. Calderon does not believe the People have that right. He thinks he, and he alone, is the final decider of what rights and interests anyone has in a particular case. The right to a jury trial is a cornerstone of what America is all about, and this individual is as anti-American as it gets. Calderon’s Banana Republic-style of tyranny has no place in Florida’s government, and he has already been sued twice for Civil Rights violations. From attempted kidnapping, to obstruction of justice, this criminal endangers every Floridian and on Day 1 of a Dimanche administration, he can prepare to spend the rest of his life in prison.

Take a listen to how Calderon issued a bogus warrant during on of his Post-Conviction proceedings, revoking bond, setting bond at “none”, all while a clueless Post-Conviction state attorney was trying to figure out what case he was referring to. Listen to what he says about “a sign on the door”.

JOHN D.W. BEAMER

Beamer, another DeSantis appointee, covered up a home invasion and a kidnapping in 2022. For that, he will be suspended from office and prosecuted. The only reason he hasn’t been prosecuted yet is because the current administration, consisting of Ron DeSantis and Ashley Moody, do not take corruption in the judiciary seriously enough to protect the public from it. Also, the most corrupt judges on the bench were appointed by Ron DeSantis.

Throughout this list of judges who will be targeted in a Dimanche Administration, you’ve probably noticed a recurring name: Julia L. Frey. She is a face you can put onto the Deep State shadow people controlling elected officials. Beamer is no different from the others listed: he lent the business of the court to Frey’s personal misdeeds.

Frey, a lawyer and the daughter of former congressman Lou Frey, executed a home invasion alongside her sister in 2022 and stole a property that she claimed was a gift from an elderly client who mysteriously died while at lunch with Frey, before her body was cremated without an autopsy.

Frey successfully had Moe kidnapped by a friend of hers who is a police officer, shortly after she committed a home invasion. Moe was taken to jail, and the officer, Nicolas Luciano Montes, completed a false affidavit with case numbers he made up on the way to the jail, falsely swearing that he had a warrant for Moe’s arrest. Moe subsequently bonded out on fake bonds, and after Moe was released from jail, Beamer issued an arrest warrant after-the-fact to make it seem as though Frey’s friend Montes legally acted on the arrest warrant he had lied about having in the first place.

As far as Moe is concerned, this is conspiracy and kidnapping, and just like Calderon, Beamer can prepare to spend the rest of his life in prison.

Moe is most likely going to have the courthouse in your county investigated and audited for corruption.
